Website use

Project scope

Deliverables, revisions, responsibilities, third-party costs and timelines are governed by the written proposal or agreement accepted for each project.

Payments and timelines

Work begins after agreed prerequisites and payments are received. Client delays in supplying content, feedback or access may change delivery dates.

Intellectual property

RabbitQR retains ownership of pre-existing tools and reusable components. Ownership or licensing of final deliverables transfers only as stated in the project agreement and after full payment.

Third-party services

Domains, hosting, payment gateways, app stores, APIs and other third-party services remain subject to their providers’ availability, pricing and policies.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, RabbitQR is not liable for indirect losses or failures caused by third-party systems, unauthorised changes or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
